Her experience includes leadership roles at Gucci and Tiffany & Co. in the Middle East, Saint Laurent across Asia Pacific, and helping lead Boucheron's transformation into a global market leader.
Today, the former Chief People Officer, INSEAD-certified coach and Women in Sustainable Luxury Advisory Board member is applying those lessons to one of the biggest challenges of our time: building organisations that can accelerate positive impact.
Born and raised by the sea near Venice, she developed a lifelong connection to the ocean and a deep commitment to preserving the natural world.
